This is such an inspiring story. It's amazing how we one change the world simply by doing a humble, sensible good thing. Congratulations to Karen Bauman for not caving to the powers. Hard to imagine who would be so spiteful to a front yard turned into a productive garden. If people want a great expanse of trimmed green lawns, just go to the local cemetary. Until we live there, may those in charge let us do with the property we pay for, what we want to do.
